I had major water damage in my home and it ruined a lot of my flooring, doors etc. ERX was immediately recommended to me for them to come to my home and inspect all of the damage that the water had created. I was extremely fortunate to have Katie and Jermaine do all of the work I needed. They are great and if you ever need services from ERX I highly recommend to request Katie and Jermaine to do your work. They were very proficient, found everything in my home that had been damaged and did their job the way it was supposed to be done and at the end of the day they never left without cleaning up in the areas they had worked in. They are highly professional, dependable and personable. I was on medical leave when they were working at my home so I was fortunate to see them pretty much on a daily basis when they came to my home. They took time out to explain things to me if I had a question and knew exactly what they were talking about. Katie and Jermaine are absolutely the best and they are a great team. I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Katie and Jermaine and again I give them a top 5 star on their excellence, knowledge and their dedication to their clients to ensure whatever services you may need from ERX request Katie and Jermaine to do your work. Emergency Restoration Xperts is doing a good  job at getting  my home repairs done.They did an  excellent  job on getting  the mold and mildew  cleaned up.I have really  enjoyed  their  professional  expertise on everything. THANK you  to Dylan Sherwood who is the project manager  for getting  everything done in a timely manner and he keeps  me informed  of what's happening and and he inspects everything. I had a claim that had taken way too long to resolve. Finally, Jordan the GM of ERX Hickory stepped in and got this completed within 5-6 business days. Jose' did wonders on my new flooring, carpet install, and bathroom touch ups. Viktor was also a huge help. I recommend ERX with Jordan at the helm.
