Emergency Restoration Xperts is doing a good  job at getting  my home repairs done.They did an  excellent  job on getting  the mold and mildew  cleaned up.I have really  enjoyed  their  professional  expertise on everything. THANK you  to Dylan Sherwood who is the project manager  for getting  everything done in a timely manner and he keeps  me informed  of what's happening and and he inspects everything. We had a home invasion and as a result had to have a door replaced, walls painted, carpet replaced in one room, and our hardwood floors refinished. Except for a slight snag with our contents subcontractor who removed our furnishings so the floors could be refinished, we were very pleased with our restoration. I brought any concerns to Dylan's attention and he promptly handled them. Every person who came into our home to work on the restoration was friendly and professional. Dylan from the CLT/GVL region region was unbelievable! From the first interaction to the final walkthrough, the experience went far above my expectations…On several occasions throughout the repair, Dylan went the extra mile to ensure that our expectations were being met & was super communicative throughout the process. 5 Stars – Highly Recommend ERX, Especially Victor! I had a fantastic experience with ERX for water damage and mitigation. Victor was outstanding from start to finish. He was detailed, personable, and easy to work with, and he stayed until the job was completely finished. He was always on time and did exactly what he said he would do. Emergency Restoration Xperts exceeded every expectation during a very stressful time for our family. Victor, Jose, Nelson, and Kevin were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism, kindness, communication, and attention to detail made such a difference throughout the entire process. Victor was incredibly compassionate, organized, and always kept us informed every step of the way. Jose and Nelson worked tirelessly and treated our home with care and respect as if it were their own. Their knowledge, work ethic, and dedication truly showed in everything they did. Kevin was also extremely helpful with customer support, always responsive, professional, and willing to answer any questions we had throughout the process. What could have been an overwhelming experience became manageable because of this incredible team. They were prompt, dependable, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. It is rare to find a company with employees who go above and beyond the way they do. We were so impressed with the mitigation portion of our leak project that we decided to continue using Emergency Restoration Xperts for the construction phase as well. That alone says a lot about the trust and confidence they built with us throughout this process — so expect a part two review once the project is complete!
